        I request that you contact us about general information only if the information in the book and this website fails to answer the questions. The book can be ordered through this web site. We will, of course, help you learn how to use the FTI System, but ask that you try to apply the tutorial and read the other sections of this web site first. That minimum background is essential before we can effectively communicate on how the system is applied.
        Questions regarding the equations, variables, weightings of various market considerations, and other aspects comprising the "nuts and bolts" of the FTI System cannot be answered, as these aspects are proprietary.
        You will undoubtedly experience periods of time where your portfolio balance will decline, and it will always fluctuate using the FTI System or any other system where variable funds are involved. Be patient and compare your returns with the major indexes at all times and consider long-term performance before inquiring as to "what went wrong".
        Also, before inquiring as to any aspect of the FTI system, be reminded that the answer might be found in the FAQ section.
